Calhoun is a certified lead instructor in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (which you will learn more about in this course) and for the Food Safety Modernization Act Hazard Analysis and Preventive Controls for Human Foods regulations.

He is widely regarded for his expertise in this area and created this course to allow more people to learn how to create good food safety plans to protect quality of food.
